*Tip: You want the dough to not be too sticky. This can occur, for example, if the butter is softened too much or you add a little too much extract. If you find this is an issue you can add up to a 1/3 cup all purpose flour.

Makes 2 loaves. Or 24 muffins.

* Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 22-25 minutes for regular sized muffins. For our jumbo muffins we bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 32-35 minutes. We like to sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mix on top of our muffins for extra goodness, just be careful to not put too much of it will prevent them from rising properly. Chocolate chips or walnuts are also a great addition to the batter.

* This muffin mix has so many options and we are loving it! You can add your favorite fruit (think blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, etc.) to the batter before placing in liners or swirl in some NUTELLA® or chocolate spread after distributing the batter to muffin liners.
